AI Disclaimer
Our audits, scores and recommendations are directional estimates built from public and connected data. Here is what that means for the decisions you make with them.
Effective 1 August 2026
1. General information only
The content, reports, dashboards and recommendations provided through Adviora (operated by Adviora.AI) are for general informational and strategic guidance purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal, financial or professional marketing advice, and it should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with qualified professionals in SEO, legal or business strategy matters.
2. No guarantee of search, AEO or GEO results
Adviora measures and reports on signals such as E-E-A-T strength, technical SEO health, backlink authority and AI/answer-engine visibility (AEO and GEO scores). These are directional, algorithm-based estimates calculated from publicly available and connected-account data at a point in time.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC RANKING POSITION ON GOOGLE OR OTHER SEARCH ENGINES, ANY CITATION OR APPEARANCE WITHIN AI ENGINES SUCH AS CHATGPT, PERPLEXITY OR GEMINI, NOR ANY INCREASE IN ORGANIC TRAFFIC, LEADS OR REVENUE.
Search and AI ranking systems are controlled by third parties, change without notice, and are influenced by many factors outside Adviora's control or yours.
3. Third-party data accuracy
Modules such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Backlink Report and Social Media Analytics rely on data pulled from third-party APIs (Google, Meta, YouTube and backlink-indexing providers). Adviora is not responsible for delays, inaccuracies or interruptions in this data caused by the third-party platforms themselves, including changes to their APIs, sampling methods or reporting definitions.
4. Automated and AI-generated content
Scores such as the Effective Trust Deficit Score (ETDS), E-E-A-T percentage, AEO/GEO scores and buyer persona insights are generated using automated models and heuristics. They may contain errors, omissions or outdated assessments, particularly as search and AI algorithms evolve.
These outputs should be reviewed and validated by your own team before being used for business, budgeting, hiring or public communication decisions.
5. No professional or fiduciary relationship
Use of Adviora does not create an agency, consulting, fiduciary or professional-services relationship between you and Adviora.AI beyond the subscription relationship described in our Terms and Conditions.
6. External links
The Platform may reference or link to third-party websites, tools or resources — for example Google's own documentation or ad platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of these external sites.
7. Limitation of liability
This Disclaimer should be read together with the Limitation of Liability and Warranty Disclaimer sections of our Terms and Conditions, which govern the extent of Adviora.AI's liability for any reliance placed on Platform content.
8. Changes to this Disclaimer
We may revise this Disclaimer from time to time; the effective date above will reflect the latest version.
