FAQ
Straight answers about Adviora.
What it measures, what it costs, how long setup takes, what happens to your data, and where the limits are. Short answers first.
01
The product
What it measures and what it does with it.
One place to read your marketing instead of five. Adviora pulls in your technical health, search rankings, backlinks, trust signals, social share of voice and how often AI assistants cite you, reads them as a single picture, and hands back a ranked list of what to fix first.
SEO earns you a place on the results page. AEO — Answer Engine Optimization — earns you a place in the answer itself: the box, the snippet, the voice response. GEO — Generative Engine Optimization — is about becoming the source a model reaches for when it writes something new. Adviora tracks all three, because ranking for one does not guarantee the others.
ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot, plus Google's AI Overviews. For each, Adviora checks what the system actually says about your brand — accurate, outdated, or missing entirely — and flags where the gap is costing you a mention.
The AI agent inside Adviora. Ask it a question by typing or talking, and it goes and checks rather than guessing: it reads the same data your team does, explains what it found in plain language, shows the figures it used, and can queue the fix for a person to approve.
Sometimes. If you rely on a deep keyword or backlink database, you will probably keep it — we say so on each comparison page. If you are running several point tools to answer one question about visibility, Adviora is designed to collapse that.

Getting started
Setup, the free scan, and what it costs.
The free scan takes minutes and needs nothing but a domain. Connecting Search Console, Analytics or Ads is roughly ten minutes each, and you can do it after you have seen whether the tool is worth it.
No. The free scan needs no card and no sales call. You enter a domain and get your own Executive Dashboard, not a sample report with someone else's data in it.
Nothing until September. Every plan — Essentials, Growth and Agency — is free during the launch period, and Enterprise starts as a free trial scoped with our team. After launch the list prices are $99, $349 and $899 per month, with Enterprise priced to scope. See the pricing page for what each plan includes.
There is no long-term contract on the Free or Growth plans, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The exact policy wording is being finalised with our legal team; ask us and we will send the current version.
Yes. Agencies can manage multiple clients from one login, and enterprise plans cover multiple sites, custom reporting and security review support.
03
Your data
What we collect, where it lives, and what we will not do with it.
No. A scan reads what is publicly visible about your site, plus whatever you explicitly choose to connect. You can disconnect at any time, and nothing is shared with a sales team unless you ask for a call.
No. We do not sell personal data, and data from a connected account is used only to generate your own reports.
We stop syncing new data from that platform immediately, and previously synced data is deleted within a commercially reasonable period, subject to backup cycles.
Yes — ask us and we will export your account data and reports. The privacy policy sets out the full list of rights that apply to you, including under GDPR and India's DPDP Act.
04
Accuracy and limits
What the scores are, and what they are not.
They are directional, algorithm-based estimates calculated from public and connected-account data at a point in time. They are built to direct your judgement rather than replace it, and every score opens into the evidence behind it so you can check the reasoning.
No, and be sceptical of anyone who does. Search and AI ranking systems are controlled by third parties, change without notice, and are influenced by many factors outside anyone's control. See our disclaimer for the full position.
Because different tools sample differently — different crawlers, different prompt sets, different date windows. What matters is that the trend inside one tool is consistent, which is why Adviora shows movement over time rather than a single figure.
There are none published yet, and the case studies page says so plainly rather than showing composite examples. The first ones will go up once real customers have completed a visibility cycle and signed off on the numbers.
Still stuck? Contacting us reaches a person rather than a form that disappears.
The fastest answer is your own scan
Most questions about what Adviora measures are easier to answer once you are looking at your own numbers.
