1. Our vision

Adviora is an AI-powered Marketing Intelligence Platform built to help organisations make better marketing decisions through data, analytics, artificial intelligence, and human expertise.

3. Our responsible AI principles

Adviora is developed around the following principles.

3.1 Human-centred AI

AI should assist people — not replace human judgment.

Important business decisions should remain under meaningful human oversight.

3.2 Transparency

Users should understand:

  • when AI is being used
  • the purpose of AI-generated outputs
  • the limitations of AI
  • the origin of connected data where reasonably practicable
  • and the distinction between factual data and AI-generated analysis

3.3 Accountability

Adviora is responsible for operating its AI systems responsibly.

Customers remain responsible for reviewing and implementing business decisions based on AI-generated recommendations.

3.4 Privacy by design

Protection of Customer Data is incorporated into the design of our platform.

We seek to minimise unnecessary processing of Personal Data while delivering requested functionality.

3.5 Security by design

Security considerations are integrated throughout the design, development, deployment, and operation of AI-enabled features.

3.6 Continuous improvement

AI systems evolve over time.

We continually monitor, evaluate, improve, and refine our models, prompts, workflows, and quality controls.

  • Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
  • Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
  • E-E-A-T signals
  • website authority
  • and search opportunities

4.4 Content intelligence

Supporting creation of:

  • blogs
  • landing pages
  • advertisements
  • email campaigns
  • social media content
  • keyword recommendations
  • metadata
  • campaign ideas
  • and content briefs

4.5 Business question answering

Helping Customers understand:

  • market trends
  • customer behaviour
  • competitor activity
  • website performance
  • marketing opportunities
  • campaign effectiveness
  • and strategic recommendations

4.6 Workflow assistance

Artificial intelligence may assist users by:

  • organising information
  • summarising documents
  • prioritising recommendations
  • identifying anomalies
  • detecting trends
  • generating reports
  • and streamlining marketing workflows

Artificial intelligence does not independently execute significant business decisions unless specifically authorised through customer-controlled automation features.

5. Human oversight

Adviora is designed around the principle that artificial intelligence should augment — not replace — human expertise.

Accordingly:

  • AI recommendations should be reviewed before implementation
  • Marketing strategies should be approved by appropriate personnel
  • AI-generated content should be validated before publication
  • Forecasts should be interpreted alongside business context
  • Significant commercial decisions should not rely solely upon AI outputs

Customers remain responsible for exercising professional judgment when using the Services.

6. Transparency

We strive to clearly distinguish between:

  • factual information
  • connected platform data
  • publicly available information
  • Customer-provided information
  • statistical analysis
  • and AI-generated insights

Where reasonably practicable, Adviora seeks to identify when outputs have been generated, enhanced, or summarised using artificial intelligence.

We also strive to explain recommendations through supporting evidence, available data, or analytical reasoning where appropriate.

7. Data sources used by AI

Depending upon the Services enabled by the Customer, AI systems may process information derived from:

  • Customer-provided information
  • uploaded documents
  • connected marketing platforms
  • publicly available websites
  • search engine observations
  • analytics platforms
  • advertising platforms
  • CRM systems
  • historical campaign information
  • business metadata
  • and other data sources expressly authorised by the Customer

Adviora processes only the information reasonably necessary to provide the requested Services.

8. AI model training

Adviora respects Customer confidentiality.

Unless expressly agreed in writing:

  • Customer Data is not used to train public foundation AI models
  • one Customer's confidential information is not intentionally exposed to another Customer
  • Customer prompts are not shared across Customer workspaces
  • and proprietary Customer information is not intentionally incorporated into generalised training datasets

Where Adviora improves its own proprietary algorithms, workflows, or analytical methodologies, we seek to use aggregated, anonymised, de-identified, or synthetic information wherever reasonably practicable.

We do not sell Customer Data for AI training purposes.

9. Accuracy, limitations and human validation

Artificial intelligence is designed to assist decision-making by identifying patterns, summarising information, generating recommendations, and supporting analytical workflows. While Adviora continuously improves its AI capabilities, AI-generated outputs are inherently probabilistic and may not always be complete or accurate.

Accordingly, AI-generated outputs:

  • may contain inaccuracies
  • may omit relevant information
  • may become outdated as markets evolve
  • may reflect limitations in the available data
  • may generate different responses to similar inputs
  • may not consider business-specific context unknown to the platform
  • and should not be interpreted as statements of fact unless independently verified

Customers are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs before using them in strategic, operational, financial, legal, or public-facing decisions.

10. Fairness and bias

Artificial intelligence systems may reflect biases present in training data, publicly available information, or customer-provided data.

Adviora seeks to reduce unintended bias through:

  • continuous evaluation of analytical methodologies
  • testing across diverse business scenarios
  • periodic refinement of prompts and workflows
  • use of multiple data sources where appropriate
  • human review of significant AI capabilities
  • and ongoing improvement of proprietary algorithms

Because marketing decisions often involve subjective judgment, Customers should evaluate AI-generated recommendations within the context of their own business, industry, and target audience.

Adviora does not intentionally design AI systems to discriminate against individuals or organisations based on protected characteristics.

11. Explainability and transparency

Where reasonably practicable, Adviora seeks to make AI-generated recommendations understandable by providing supporting context, available evidence, or analytical reasoning.

Depending on the feature, recommendations may be supported by:

  • connected platform metrics
  • publicly available information
  • historical performance data
  • comparative analysis
  • statistical observations
  • proprietary scoring methodologies
  • or other relevant analytical inputs

Not every AI output can be fully explained in deterministic terms, particularly where large language models or advanced machine learning techniques are involved. However, we continually work to improve the interpretability and transparency of our AI capabilities.

12. Security of AI systems

Adviora implements administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect AI-enabled services and Customer Data.

These measures may include:

  • authenticated access to AI features
  • role-based permissions
  • encryption of data in transit
  • secure handling of API credentials
  • audit logging of administrative activities
  • monitoring for abnormal usage patterns
  • safeguards against prompt injection and malicious inputs where reasonably practicable
  • infrastructure monitoring
  • and regular review of AI-enabled workflows

AI security is continually evaluated as new threats and attack techniques emerge.

13. Prohibited uses of AI

Customers may not use Adviora's AI capabilities to:

  • violate applicable laws or regulations
  • infringe intellectual property rights
  • generate or distribute malware
  • facilitate phishing or fraud
  • create deceptive or misleading marketing intended to misrepresent facts
  • generate defamatory, hateful, abusive, or discriminatory content
  • produce deepfakes or manipulated media intended to deceive
  • engage in unlawful surveillance or profiling
  • automate decisions where prohibited by applicable law without appropriate human oversight
  • interfere with the operation or security of the Services
  • or misuse the platform in any manner prohibited by the Terms of Service

Adviora reserves the right to restrict or suspend access where AI capabilities are used in violation of this Policy or applicable law.

14. Customer responsibilities

Customers play an essential role in the responsible use of artificial intelligence.

Customers are responsible for:

  • ensuring they have appropriate rights to use data submitted to the platform
  • reviewing AI-generated recommendations before implementation
  • validating AI-generated content before publication
  • maintaining appropriate human oversight over business decisions
  • complying with advertising, privacy, consumer protection, and intellectual property laws
  • protecting confidential information submitted to the platform
  • and ensuring that users within their organisation are appropriately trained in the responsible use of AI-assisted outputs

Adviora should be used as a decision-support platform rather than as an autonomous decision-making system.

15. AI-generated content

Adviora may assist Customers in generating:

  • blog articles
  • website content
  • product descriptions
  • landing pages
  • email campaigns
  • advertising copy
  • social media posts
  • campaign ideas
  • keyword recommendations
  • summaries
  • and other marketing materials

Customers remain solely responsible for reviewing such content before publication or distribution.

Customers should verify:

  • factual accuracy
  • legal compliance
  • advertising standards
  • intellectual property rights
  • copyright
  • trademark usage
  • brand consistency
  • regulatory obligations
  • and suitability for the intended audience

Adviora does not guarantee that AI-generated content will satisfy regulatory requirements or platform-specific advertising policies.

16. Continuous monitoring and improvement

Artificial intelligence is an evolving technology.

Adviora continually monitors and improves its AI capabilities through:

  • customer feedback
  • quality assurance processes
  • model evaluation
  • prompt refinement
  • workflow optimisation
  • improvements to proprietary methodologies
  • bug fixes
  • security enhancements
  • and ongoing research and development

Where appropriate, updates may improve the quality, accuracy, transparency, or performance of AI-generated outputs.

17. Regulatory compliance

Adviora seeks to develop and operate AI capabilities in a manner consistent with applicable laws and emerging regulatory expectations.

Our governance approach considers principles relating to:

  • transparency
  • accountability
  • privacy
  • human oversight
  • security
  • responsible innovation
  • and protection of Customer Data

As AI regulations continue to evolve globally, Adviora may update its policies, technical controls, and operational practices to align with new legal and regulatory requirements.

18. Reporting AI concerns

Customers are encouraged to report concerns relating to:

  • inaccurate AI outputs
  • potentially harmful recommendations
  • unexpected AI behaviour
  • suspected bias
  • security issues
  • privacy concerns
  • misuse of AI capabilities
  • or other issues relating to responsible AI

Customer feedback plays an important role in improving the quality and reliability of the platform.

19. Governance and oversight

Adviora maintains internal governance processes for the development, deployment, and operation of AI-enabled capabilities.

These governance activities may include:

  • review of new AI features before release
  • assessment of privacy and security implications
  • monitoring of operational performance
  • periodic review of analytical methodologies
  • evaluation of customer feedback
  • assessment of emerging risks
  • and continuous improvement of AI-enabled workflows

Governance processes are periodically reviewed and updated as the platform evolves.

20. Changes to this Policy

Adviora may update this AI Usage & Responsible AI Policy from time to time to reflect:

  • technological developments
  • new AI capabilities
  • changes in applicable law
  • operational improvements
  • customer feedback
  • or evolving industry best practices

The “Last Updated” date at the beginning of this Policy indicates the most recent revision.
